Brooks Owens
Jazz, Modern, Tap, PreDance
Brooks Owens earned a B.F.A in Dance Education from East Carolina University. She completed her student teaching at Ligon GT Magnet Middle School in Raleigh with Freddie-Lee Heath as her mentor teacher. She is also certified in Pilates.
Brooks has participated and performed in the American College Dance Festival, the ECU jazz ensemble performing group, and other various ECU dance concerts. Brooks is served an assistant teacher for NC Arts in Action under the artistic direction of Kirstie. Brooks is the head of the dance program at Cardinal Gibbons in Raleigh. Brooks is thrilled to be on the NCDI staff and is excited to share her love and passion for dance. |
