Jim Strong
Guest Ballet Instructor
Jim Strong spent the last 10 years in San Francisco dancing with Smuin Ballet, Ballet San Jose Silicon Valley, and the Lawrence Pech Dance Company. Prior to dancing professionally in California, he performed with Koresh Dance Company, Ballet Dallas, Eugene Ballet/Ballet Idaho and numerous guest appearances around the US. He has also toured Europe, Australia and participated in the Vail International Dance Festival.
After retiring, Mr. Strong began teaching in the San Francisco Bay Area. He, his wife and two children recently relocated to North Carolina. He is thrilled to be back in the studio and exited to be guest teaching advanced ballet classes at NCDI. |
