Judith Bruno
Private Voice Teacher

With over 20 years of performing and teaching experience, Judith Bruno is delighted to offer her skills to the talented dancers of NCDI. Her students have been accepted to some of the top music and drama programs in the country, including the Eastman School of Music, NYU (Tisch), the Boston Conservatory, Carnegie Mellon, University, UNC School of the Arts, and Shenandoah Conservatory.

Judie is honored to be a member of Actors Equity having performed lead roles in shows such as Kiss Me Kate, Man of La Mancha, and The Sound of Music. Equally at home on the operatic stage, she toured the country with the National Opera Company, and also sang leading roles with Chautauqua Opera, Minnesota Opera, Midwest Opera Theater, Triangle Opera Theater, and Greensboro Opera.

Judie holds degrees from West Chester University and the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. Additionally, she pursued post graduate studies at the University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music, while on full scholarship. She also holds Level III certification in Somatic Voicework from Shenandoah University.
