Kat Carter
Modern, Jazz
Kat Carter graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the North Carolina School of the Arts. Kat began her dance training at North Carolina Dance Institute
under the direction of Kirstie Spadie. In 2003, she was accepted into the Contemporary
Dance program at NCSA. While at NCSA, Kathryn studied with many guest artists including B.J. Sullivan, Paul Matteson, and Monica Bill Barnes.
Kat looks forward to future opportunities to perform and to create her own work. Kat will be teaching Modern for NCDI this Summer and August. Her choreography will be presented in our 2007 Summer Showcase.
