Beaman Grissom
Ballet and Jazz
Lee has studied extensively in ballet, tap, and jazz with world renowned teachers and choreographers such as David Howard, Fhinis Jung, Savion Glover, Gene Medler, Joe Tremaine, and Joe Lanteri. She trained at UNC Greensboro, Meredith College, Broadway Dance Center and Steps in NYC. Lee has a B.A. from UNC-G. She has performed professionally in regional theater, commercials, industrial videos, as well as specialty venues such as a Charlotte Hornets half-time show. Her teaching experience spans 13 years in private studios, as well as public schools. She owned her own successful dance studio for 8 years. Ms. Lee is a former Miss North Carolina and competed for the title of Miss America in Atlantic City, NJ.
